Mr. Alhomaizi was appointed to Global’s Board in 2010 where he served as the Vice Chairman. Mr. Hamad is a Board member of Al Salaam Bank Bahrain and Ishraq Holding among others. His business experience includes direct investments, hedge funds, real estate and startups. He has worked in various capacities and founded a number of successful ventures. Mr. Alhomaizi belongs to a renowned business family in Kuwait with diversified interests and is an entrepreneur who has launched several successful new businesses. Mr. Alhomaizi graduated from The George Washington University, USA in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Administration.
