Kamco Investment Company announces non-fundamental changes in the Kamco Saudi Equity Fund. The change will take effect on (15/12/1442) H (corresponding to) (25/07/2021).

The details of the non-fundamental change are: (Reducing the external auditor fees related to the Kamco Saudi Equity Fund from 70,000 riyals annually plus 15% value-added tax to 55,000 riyals, plus 15% value-added tax to 63,250 riyals. Unit owners are entitled to redeem their units before any Important change without charging any refund fees (if any).
