Kamco Investment Company announces a change in the Board of Directors of the Kamco Saudi Equity Fund due to resignation of Mr. Mohammed Bin Abduallah Al-Jabreen from the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund as a non-independent member and the appointment of Mr. Mohammed Bin Hamad Al-Faris as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Effective (27/09/1447) H corresponding to (16/03/2026) AD the memberships of the Board of Directors after the changes will be as below:
- Mr. Mohammed Bin Hamad Al-Faris Chairman of the Board of Directors Non-independent.
- Mr. Tareq Bin Zeid Al-Fayadh Board member - Independent.
- Mr. Salah Bin Abdul Hadi Al-Qahtani Board member - Independent.
