Kamco Investment Company announces a change in the Board of Directors of the Kamco Saudi Equity Fund due to resignation of Mr. Bader Alghanim from the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund as a non-independent member and the appointment of Mr. Mohamed Aljabreen as Chairman of the Board of Directors.  Effective (04/07/1442) H corresponding to (16/02/2021) AD the memberships of the Board of Directors after the changes will be as below:

1. Mr. Mohamed Aljabreen Chairman of the Board of Directors Non-independent.
2. Mr. Tareq Zeid Al-Fayadh Board member - Independent.
3. Mr.  Salah Abdul Hadi Al Qahtani Board member - Independent.
