Kamco Investment Company announces an update of the terms and conditions of the KAMCO Freestyle Saudi Equity Fund (Shariah) as of (03/04/1448 H) corresponding to (14/09/2026 G.) A Summary of the main updated items are as follows: (Reduction of the Fund’s external auditor fees from SAR 56,650 to SAR 25,000, in addition to a reduction in the Zakat service fees from SAR 13,000 to SAR 9,000, exclusive of 15% Value Added Tax (VAT).
Furthermore, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has been appointed as the Fund’s certified Zakat advisor for the purpose of preparing the required Transfer Pricing disclosures, in accordance with the regulatory requirements issued by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). The Transfer Pricing service fees have been set at SAR 6,000, in addition to 15% value-added tax fees.)
