Kamco Investment Company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non- fundamental change to the Kamco Saudi Equity Fund, such change will become effective on (03/04/1448 H), corresponding to (14/09/2026 G.)
The details of the non-fundamental change are follows: (Reduction in the Zakat service fees from SAR 13,000 to SAR 9,000 and the Transfer Pricing service fees from SAR 10,000 to SAR 6,000, exclusive of 15% Value Added Tax (VAT).
Unitholders have the right to redeem their units before any non-material change is effective without incurring any redemption fees.
