Kamco Investment Company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non- fundamental change to the Kamco Saudi Equity Fund, such change will become effective on (25/12/1447 H), corresponding to (11/06/2026 G.)
The details of the non-fundamental change are follows: (Activating securities lending activities, whereby the Fund Manager may lend the Fund’s securities up to a maximum of 50% of the Fund’s net asset value (NAV). The Fund Manager does not intend to pledge any of the Fund’s assets).
Unitholders have the right to redeem their units before any non-material change is effective without incurring any redemption fees.
