Kamco Investment Company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non- fundamental change to the Kamco Saudi Equity Fund, such change will become effective on (27/02/1447 H), corresponding to (21/08/2025 G.)
The details of the non-fundamental change are follows: (Aligning the terms and conditions with the updated Investment Funds Regulations and Inclusion of a transaction pricing fee of SAR 10,000, plus 15% Value-Added Tax (VAT), in accordance with the regulatory requirements issued by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
Unitholders have the right to redeem their units before any non-material change is effective without incurring any redemption fees.
