Kamco Investment Company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non- fundamental change to the Kamco Saudi Equity Fund, such change will become effective on (24/12/1445 H), corresponding to (30/06/2024 G.)

The details of the non-fundamental change are follows: (Appointing Ernst & Young as the fund's external auditor for the current year 2024, following the expiration of the fund's audit services contract with the present external auditor, KPMG Professional Consulting).

Unitholders have the right to redeem their units before any non-material change is effective without incurring any redemption fees.
