Kamco Investment Company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non- fundamental change to the Kamco Saudi Equity Fund, such change will become effective on (12/10/1445 H), corresponding to (21/04/2024 G.) The details of the non-fundamental change are follows: (Adding fees for the article of Zakat in compliance with the ministerial decision and the directives of the Capital Market Authority and Change the Custody fees for the Kamco Saudi Equity Fund from 0.05% to 0.035%, plus 15% value-added tax). Unitholders have the right to redeem their units before any non-material change is effective without incurring any redemption fees.
