Kamco Investment Company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non- fundamental change to the KAMCO Freestyle Saudi Equity Fund (Shariah), such change will become effective on (13/10/1447 H), corresponding to (01/04/2026 G.)
The details of the non-fundamental change are follows: (The calculation of the benchmark index fee for the Kamco Freestyle Saudi Equity Fund will be discontinued effective at the close of business on March 31, 2026).
Unitholders have the right to redeem their units before any non-material change is effective without incurring any redemption fees.
